1.
Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk
The Client acknowledges that participation in martial arts, fitness training, and related activities inherently involves physical risks, including, but not limited to, the risk of injury, illness, or property damage. By signing this Agreement, the Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation and hereby releases, waives, and discharges the Gym, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from participation in such activities. The Client affirms that they are in sufficient physical condition to safely participate and that they have disclosed any relevant medical conditions.
2. Gym Rules and Conduct
The Client agrees to abide by all rules of the Gym, which are integral to the safety, discipline, and integrity of its training environment. Without limitation, the following rules shall apply:

Shoes shall not be worn on training mats, except for boxing shoes designated exclusively for indoor use.

Sparring shall not occur without the direct supervision of a qualified coach.

Members shall refrain from training while ill, including but not limited to colds, skin infections, or any other contagious conditions.

Jewelry, metal accessories, and piercings shall not be worn during training sessions.

Members shall arrive on time and remain for the full duration of class unless expressly permitted to leave early by a coach.

Members shall remain quiet during instruction and show respect for the learning environment.

Members shall use respectful language at all times.

Members shall approach training without ego and with humility.
The Gym reserves the right to modify these rules at its discretion and to enforce them as necessary for the welfare of its members and staff.
3. Zero Tolerance Policy
The Gym maintains a zero tolerance policy with respect to disrespectful, aggressive, discriminatory, or unsafe behavior. Any Client or Member found, in the sole discretion of the Gym, to have engaged in such conduct may have their membership terminated immediately, without refund.
4. No Refunds
All trials, membership fees and other payments made pursuant to this Agreement are strictly non-refundable. Any exceptions to this policy shall be granted only at the sole and absolute discretion of the Gym.
5. Media and Security Consent
The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Gym utilizes video surveillance for safety and security purposes. The Client further consents to the use of their image, likeness, or voice in photographs, videos, or recordings taken during classes, training sessions, or events, and authorizes the Gym to use such materials for promotional, marketing, or social media purposes without compensation.

Acknowledgment and Execution
By signing below, the Client affirms that they have read and understood the terms of this Agreement, and voluntarily agree to be legally bound by its provisions.
